Confidential help for people who have experienced sexual harm, or who have harmed others. They can also connect you with other support services if you need them. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Confidential help for people experiencing family violence or abuse, or concerned about someone else, and people using abuse who want to make a change. They can also connect you with other support services if you need them.

Hey Bro
Help for men who are worried they could harm a loved one or whānau member and want to make a change.

Safe Man Safe Family
Helps break the cycle of violence by connecting men with former perpetrators who have been on a journey of recovery from violence and are now “safe”.
